Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Planthut

Welcome to Planthut (https://planthut.in). As we deal in live plants and gardening products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining plant quality.

1. Nature of Products

All plants sold on our website are live, perishable items. Due to their sensitive nature:

• Plants may vary slightly in size, color, or shape

• Minor soil spillage or leaf damage during transit is normal

2. Return Policy

We generally do not accept returns on plants.

However, returns/replacements may be considered only if:

• The plant is completely damaged or dead on arrival

• Wrong product is delivered

👉 Customer must provide:

• Clear unboxing video

• Photos within 24 hours of delivery

Without proper proof, claims will not be accepted.

3. Refund / Replacement Policy

• Eligible cases will receive:

  • Replacement (preferred), or

  • Refund to original payment method

• Refund processing time:

  • 5–7 working days after approval

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

• Once order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Refund/return will not be accepted if:

• Delay in reporting beyond 24 hours

• Incorrect delivery address provided

• Plant damage due to neglect after delivery

• Minor natural variations in plant

6. Shipping Damage Clause

We pack plants carefully, but slight transit stress is possible.
Customers are advised to:

• Water the plant

• Keep it in shade for 1–2 days after delivery
